Claimfame scammed me...

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This was for two years... the first year I had paid 49.99 And second year I paid 9.95 x12 months. So adding that up is still a headache to imagine. How could I ever get my money back..!? Obviously it looked real. But I’m super frustrated... Never received anything and was highly considered by real directors and casting agents before. But this ruined it...

Stole my money

I signed up for a subscription through them 2 years ago and the first year was free but told them I wanted to cancel the subscription before the year was up to avoid my card being charged but they did not follow through and charged my card and and I even told them to refund the money and they still have not. I contacted them via email and phone about the issue and no one has ever gotten back. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! TO THIS DAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY BANK TO REFUND ME THE MONEY BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! My bank will refund me the money in 90 days if Claimfame does not contact them which they won't because they are a fake company. Don't do what I did with messing with these fraudsters please save yourself the headache.

Scammed by claim fame

I applied for a model shoot for beauty magazine .. some person by the name of Alex who i now realize was a scammer contacted me claiming to be a rep for the beauty magazine.. long story short.. the cashiers check was sent to me .. half was supposed to be mine as my deposit for the shot.. the other half was supposed to go to wardrobe . That apparently wasnt the case at all. Well.. i tried to cash the check... found out the check wasnt real. SMDH! IM SO DEVESTATED! i just knew this was my big break!! Im hoping to contact beauty magazine so they can be aware someone out here is falsely saying they are a rep for them.

ClaimFame is a SCAM!

ClaimFame is a SCAM!
This is a warning: The website, Claimfame.com is a complete Fraud. The Casting Notices listed on there are NOT sent in by the Casting Directors of the projects, so there is NO chance of an Actor or Model to get cast in the jobs. In fact the Casting Directors have no idea, that their information is there. I know, I'm one of the Casting Directors that has had their content listed. I had to chase the people working there to take it off. The company is created & run by Brian Hecht, which has made similar Fraud sites in the past. The same old scam, create fake company, market to newbies, get bad rep, close down start same operation under new name... Please share this info with other talent so companies like this won't kill the dreams of aspiring talent.

I'm trying to become an actress, is there any way you could help me?

Guest

SO I paid for nothing? Great!!

IVE done many projects in this industry not realizing this was the case. How disappointing!

Guest

This really sucks! I joined it in hopes to get my foot in. Thank you for the heads up!

Guest

They scam many models out of $4,470.00 pay months. ClaimFame LLC. Don't get back to no one to they feel the haet then send out 1 copy out e mail.

Guest

Thank you for this information. My daughter is one of those aspiring actresses.

She showed me this site, but as a mother, I always do my research. Do you recommend a site that is not fraudulent, or a method to get our kids into this auditions that are not scams.

Thank you in advance.

Kristy

ClaimFame.com Brian Hecht

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I am a actress in NYC and met Brian Hecht in NYC while on a audition, he seemed a little sleazy, but it is NYC. He wanted me to sign-up for his site to get me acting jobs it was called claim fame.com, my friends all told me not to do it, but I wanted to give it a shot Brian Hecht told me it was FREE. Well guess what my Credit Card got billed for $995.00. SCAM SCAM SCAM alert - claim fame.com and Brian Hecht is a scam. They tell you they have castings none of them are real. ALL FAKE. They tell you they will have a life coach call you for advice, it is a person working in India or the Philippines reading a script. Run far away from this place, I had to cancel my card they kept billing me even more money.

Brian Hecht is a known scam artists. He's created websites in the past that are the exact same type of business and have been shut down leaving subscribers nowhere to look for refunds.

ClaimFame does not work with the Casting Directors they are claiming to work with. All the content is stolen off Facebook and craigslist.

Guest

I just sight up Claim Fame 3 day ago. But they charge my money immediately $59.

But they offer me 14 days free trial.

So now I'm trying to get my money back.

Anyone please give me suggestions

Guest

I am so glad I came across your review. My daughter found this company and I have been getting tons of emails.

I am always skeptic when companies claim to get you "tons" of casting calls.

ClaimFame - Review in Professional Services category from The Villages, Florida

Thanks for the information. I have been getting tons of emails from claim fame also. My acting coach whose been the industry since 1988 told me not to even entertain them (scam). I've been studying the do and don't of agencies and agents. Never pay anyone money for work or get you work. An legit agent or agency will never charge to get potential clients works in the talent industry. My little girl and little boy and me are taking acting classes while we with the hopes of coming across an agent.

I have things to pay for, I only wanted the month trial to check it out and now I AM SHORT $60 TO PAY FOR BOOKS OR ANYTHING I NEED FOR COLLEGE. I am so upset it is incredible. This website is a scam. If they are using your credit card or bank card call and cancel it and get a new one. You will get a new card with a new number too! Call your bank and have them reject the withdrawals advise them you have been trying to contact the company to cancel your subscription but had no luck.
